CULTX ("we", "us", "our") is a made-to-order streetwear label based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, operating this website and the Instagram handle @cultx.official.

Section 02Orders & made-to-order production

• All CULTX products are made to order. Production of your piece begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or production constraints, with a full refund where payment was taken.
• Because pieces are produced on order, dispatch timelines are communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation and may vary by design.

Section 03Pricing & payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing: CULTX Originals at ₹1,199 and CULTX Essentials at ₹899 per piece.
• We may revise prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

Section 04Shipping & delivery

• Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or events beyond our control.
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
• Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

Section 05Returns, exchanges & refunds

Every order carries 7 days free return and exchange from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Section 06Product representation

We work hard to display our designs accurately, but colours and print detail may vary slightly between screens and physical products. Minor variations inherent to made-to-order printing do not qualify as defects.

Section 07Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, product names, logos, photography, copy and content on this site are the intellectual property of CULTX or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, print or commercially exploit any CULTX design or content without our prior written permission.

Section 08Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, place fraudulent orders or interfere with the site's operation.

Section 09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CULTX's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Section 10Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to provide support. We do not sell your personal data. Payment information is handled by our payment gateway partners.

Section 11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
