We pick it up
Free reverse pickup from your door. Keep the piece unworn, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging.
Refund or fresh piece
Choose a refund to your original payment method or a fresh exchange piece, made to order for you.
The policy, in plain words
Window: raise a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests after this window cannot be accepted.
Condition: pieces must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging. Items failing quality check may be sent back to you.
Cost: returns and exchanges within the window are completely free. We bear the reverse pickup cost.
Refund timeline: refunds are initiated after the returned piece passes quality check and are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: since every CULTX piece is made to order, your exchange is produced fresh once your return passes quality check, then dispatched to you.
Wrong or damaged item: if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will prioritise a replacement or full refund.
